BROOKSIDE LODGE CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKINGS: All bookings require a 50% non–refundable deposit to secure accommodation.
Full payment is required on or before arrival.
Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to arrival, will require an administration fee
of no more than 10% of the value of the amount paid.
If cancelled within 14–20 days, 25% of the total price will be forfeited.
If cancelled within 0–5 days, 100% of the total price is forfeited.
You will be liable for full payment for any accommodation/Function/events you booked.
